Our priority is the healthiness and happiness of our plants! We ship our plants in their grow pot to ensure it has a safe ride to your doorstep. We package our plants carefully in a secure box to minimize movement during shipment.

Do You Provide Plant Care Support?

Of course! Our customer service team is available to chat Mondays-Fridays 10-7 PM EST and 24/7 through email for any questions and concerns you may have regarding your plant. Along with that, we provide a card with detailed care instructions for the plant you purchased with your shipment.

My Plant Came Damaged! What do I do?

We have a personal guarantee that every single plant we ship out arrives in a healthy and happy condition. Should that not be the case, we have a 30 day customer happiness policy where we will replace your damaged plant for free or provide a refund.

What Kind of payment options do you offer?

At the current moment, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Zelle.

Why Does My Plant Look Different Than the one on your website?

All live plants vary in size, color, texture, etc. ! We do our best to make sure that the plant you receive matches the one you see online, but there could be small differences regardless. Every plant is different, even if it's the same type!
